I can't say enough about my experience using Fiesta Planners for my son's birthday party. I reached out to Mary just 4 days before our party and she took it on, I honestly wasn't expecting much being so last minute. On the day of the party Mary showed up 30 minutes early to set up a beautiful looking buffet presentation. The food rivaled some top restaurants I've been to, it was incredible! My guests were blown away, they would not stop talking about it for the rest of the party. Mary also set up a petting zoo for us, which was a huge hit with the kids, they even came with ponies for the children to ride. The kids had a blast! My son at the end of the day said to me "this was the best birthday party ever!", that made it all worth it for me. I'm overly impressed by the quality of service provided by Mary and Fiesta Planners, I will definitely be using them again.
The ABSOLUTELY WORSE event “planner” we ever paid $2500 to for service worth at best $500. The owner did practically ZERO work to plan my mom’s 80th birthday party at my house. She never even bothered visiting my home in advance to layout the tables and the last minute rain tent which we paid for separately. I had to figure it all out on my own and hire my own personnel to set up. The “employee” they sent was worse than clueless. All the owner did was hire the DJ and the paella chef which I could have done myself for a 1/3 of the expense, the 4 rental tables and chairs too. We’ve worked with dozens of planners in the past as my wife is a known celebrity. What a mistake to not stick with what we know truly works. Will never make the mistake to use fiesta “planners” ever again. Don’t make the same mistake. Save your money or hire a true professional planner. We rate them at ZERO FOR THEIR DISMAL LACK OF COORDINATING, PLANNING AND SERVICE. Worst planner in Miami. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
We ordered a bounce house on the Monday before Thanksgiving. It was due to arrive the Wednesday night before. As of Thursday 2:45p when we have 10 kids waiting for the bounce house and it’s not here.
What’s worse is the lack of follow up by the company.
