I was very satisfied with my experience. Your team was able to help solve a problem and put my mind at ease for the remainder of my vacation. Initially, I arrived at the Miami Airport, and due to my own fault, hadn't realized my driver's License had expired on my birthday just a few days before. I was unable to rent a car. I eventually made my way to Key Largo through Uber. During the week, I was able to renew my driver License online and received a paper interim license....I had very serious doubts this would enable me to rent a car, but when I arrived at your location, the process was so smooth, easy, and your employees were incredibly friendly assuring me that I would be taken care of. It opened up options for the rest of my vacation, but more importantly gave me peace of mind for transportation back to Miami airport! I couldn't have had a better experience!
I give this place a five star rating solely based on an employee named, Gabby. When I arrived to pick up my car today, Gabby was manning the whole store on her own. She was answering phone calls, getting people their cars, washing the cars, checking vehicles back in. Literally doing it all. And not only that, but she was doing it with a positive attitude while remaining calm. It was very impressive. I’d definitely return to Key Largo Enterprise because of Gabby. The world needs more employees and more people just like her!
If I could give 0 if I would. We showed up for a reservation to be notified that there were 26 people on a waiting list and that there would not be a car available for us to use to get to the airport today. No advanced notice given in order to make alternative transportation to get to our flight. Would highly recommend to not rely on this enterprise as an option for transportation from key largo. Unprofessional.
The lovely woman who helped with my rental on Jan 4 2025 was amazing. She was overloaded yet she still took time to see that I along with everyone was sorted out promptly. She is a super star!
