Worst experience at a cleaners. First visit and they could not find my cloths. Then they did, one item a shirt was ripped all the way down the front with no explanation. The owner promised to replace it and still nothing after several weeks! Incredible!!

Made the mistake of bringing my designer clothing to them and they “ misplaced” an expensive item. They actually alerted me to the situation and told me there was nothing they could do. I left feeling like I was stolen from. I won’t be returning.

This is great cleaners and the prices are reasonable compared to others I have been to and I appreciate the great customer service.

I don’t know what happened to their service over the years, but their service is horrible NOW. I dropped off clothes Saturday and received them Tuesday which is fine however when I inspected my clothes in front of the owner I was not pleased with the results of my clothes. The way my shirts looked they looked like a child ironed them, also I had a ink stain in my shirt which should’ve been had it been dry cleaned properly. This cleaners has lost a long time customer.

Best cleaners ever. We have been customers here for a very long time and we are always happy and satisfied with the service. I recommend them all my friends and family. The Rock family will continue to be customers they do awesome work.
