The ONLY reason I am giving this place a 5-Star review is because Abigail, the young woman at the front desk that helped me and my mother fill out our paperwork, was quick, efficient, well communicated, professional and answered all our questions succinctly. Abigail is a great person to work with and I hope she gets a raise or a bonus, she rightfully deserves it. Everything else, no comment.

I’ve lived in Waterview for about 3 months now and I can say this association/property management team is on it. They are easily accessible via email/phone call and have been able to cater to my requests in a swift and professional manner. I’m feeling very confident about the decision I made to purchase my first property within this association and community. Highly recommend!

I met Abigail, The best Front Receptionist ever. So brilliant dynamic, well educated and sharp. Definitely it was worth coming in the office.

Lots of attitude and evasive service. Doesn’t matter how patient and polite you are even as a new owner just trying to get payment set up. Found one helpful person who was new and they started routing everything through others. Based on reviews, they might only care about corporate clients. Process was painful all the way through. Both realtors struggled with them too and said it’s typical in Miami. But if I had known it would continue even after purchase, I might’ve chosen another property.

Abigail Mejia did a great job helping us with the transponders, she responds promptly and courteous .
