Very professional over the phone. I spoke with Oliver and he was very helpful and detailed. My delivery is arriving 3 days earlier than expected.

Called for a very urgent pickup from MIA Airport on Friday. Had confirmation over the phone with "boss" that it would be picked up later that day. Asked me to email him documents for the pickup which I did. 4 days later Customs notifies me Tuesday. I owe $750 ($150 a day) because shipment wasn't picked up. Called to find out what happened. Excuse was they never received my email. No follow up, no call to let me know anything. Said they wouldn't help one bit with the charges or to even help out on discounting the pickup. So unprofessional do not trust this service for URGENT pickup or anything really.

Perfect and on time business, you need something picked or delivered and they got you covered. Great communication back and forth. Excellent service and always on time. Never can ask for anything less. Perfect business!

Company doesn’t care about endangering others. Trucks are I’ll equip to be on the raid and unsafe. Had 2-4 tires blow out on turnpike and my family was hit in our brand new van and tore up the entire front and bottom of the car. Driver blew cigarettes in my face and refused to give me their insurance information. Called company main number and was put on hold only to call back and the company told me it was my fault and refused to give their insurance information. Now waiting on the side of the road for state trooper because my car is so damaged and the driver and company could care less about not maintaining there vehicles so they are safe to drive for the rest of the people on the highway.

This is an amazing delivery service! Not only are they punctual but they have amazing customer service. All the workers are extremely helpful and hard working.
