Let just say that Paola from billing and Eli from customer success were more than helpful. They were both amazing. We were having a tough time with tenants and they took care of everything. Always keeping us informed and trying to work out what best suited everyone. Gave us advice and guided us when we were stuck on the situation. They went above and beyond.
Great property management company! I have a couple properties managed by Bahia, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the responsiveness. I've had very good experiences with everyone in the office as well as their maintenance department. I've worked closely with Sonia Perdomo as my property manager, and she has been fantastic! She responds quickly, thoroughly, and is just an excellent property manager.

Bahia has been responsive to my needs as a landlord. In particular, when I recently had questions about financial issues, Ms. Moreno of the Accounting Dept carefully itemized the data that was responsive to my questions. In general, I am very happy with this Company.
