I recently had the pleasure of visiting Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts to watch the Rocky Horror Show, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were top-notch, and the show itself was unforgettable.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Gabriel V, whose outstanding service made the evening even more enjoyable. I was 45 minutes late, box office was closed and I had trouble pulling up my ticket on my phone, however, Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, showing genuine care and attention to detail and even ushered me to a better seat. It’s rare to come across such dedication, and it truly made a lasting impression.
If you’re looking for an exceptional theater experience, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts is the place to be!
Very good theater, it is the best option in the downtown Miami area to enjoy a day of theater, they have good access and are comfortable for all audiences.
Came here to see les miserable and had a great time. The venue itself was amazing, and despite being high up the experience was very unforgettable.
It’s a quite warm in the lobby and upstairs waiting area, so a general heads up there.
