All County was quick to find a tenant for us and their fees are competitive (we pay a leasing fee each year as well as a 10% management fee). In the beginning we had some struggles with All County repeatedly changing the manager assigned to our unit, so I called and spoke with Anna the bookkeeper. She is not actually our account manager, but she has never hesitated to take care of everything we need quickly and professionally. She responds to emails the same day, always picks up the phone, and takes care of everything as if she is our account manager. Thanks to Anna and the speed with which the company secured a tenant for our unit, we would definitely recommend All County Property Management to anyone looking for a property manager in Miami.

However, we are extremely disappointed with the accounting department. It has taken them a long time after an eviction to refund our security deposit, despite submitting all available receipts/lawyer's fees.
We believe Anna is working with them to speed up the process. She is also concerned because we brought in new tenants and accounting is still charging us a full month's rent. Hopefully, this situation will be solved ASAP.
All County PPM has caring and professional property managers. In particular, Darlene Laveaux was excellent and helpful in finding the perfect home for my family and I. She exuded passion, confidence, and knowledge about the property. She made us feel comfortable in our decision to become a tenant of All County PPM. I would highly recommend her for your rental needs. She has a vibrant and welcoming personality. She truly is awesome to work with! Thanks Darlene for making our experience great!
Anna has been wonderful. We were a little skeptical of using a property management company, but Anna has been very professional and she’s very nice to work with. We are very happy with All County and will continue working with them.
What a bad and unprofessional service in this office, what they do in that office is an abuse, they charge a fee per person and the process is super slow if I don't call they don't tell me that there is a lack of information, and then they just send you a message You don't qualify and apart from the bad service, the customer service is terrible, you call and it can take half an hour for them to attend to you and when they attend to you, they don't even say good afternoon, it was horrible. They take advantage of the needs of others.
