I should have read the review before placing my order, i had an issue with my Duotone trust bar after only 5 sessions, reach out to them to open a warranty claim and get the following response from Adventure Sport (Joseph Prieto): "Unfortunately, since we are third party seller of Duotone, we do not handle Duotone warranties. You would need to file a claim with them directly through their website" . After multiple back and forth emails during a 10 weeks period, i decided to put this review out there, so you don't make the same mistake. I do not recommend purchasing any Duotone equipment from them, in the event of a warranty claim you will not get any support. PS: This claim was only for a defective CL, i can't even imagine the level of frustration if it was for a Duotone Kite...

I ordered a lifejacket online. The order was delivered without any problems. But I wanted to exchange it for a different size. I am on the border between 2XL and 3XL. I ordered 3XL, but it was too large for me. I used the form on their site to ask how I can exchange the product. No reply. I asked again in two weeks. Nothing. I sent a request to info@adventuresportsusa.com. Nothing. Now, I am ordering the lifejacket, but from another shop. I was about to buy more stuff in this shop, but I changed my mind.

Very nice customer service and support. Kyle M. very help me and made me happy. Many thanks to Cabrinha Dakine for the support and for my new H-series foil. I'm so happy. My favorite Cabrinha Dakine is my favorite support.

First and last time i order with this guys, its been almost 10 days of my purchase and the order still show as preparing order if i knew the wait would be this long i would bought it somewhere else.

My money was stolen!!! I purchased a wetsuit from the online store and the incorrect item was sent. I returned the item for an exchange and a month later I haven't received the replacement item. I tried multiple times to contact the company to just refund my money but no one has responded. I even called the store and the employee said the escalated the issue but nothing has happened. Be aware the online order support is horrendous.
