Very unprofessional!! I made an appointment two weeks ago they said they would call me the day before to give me drivers info. The day came and no one called I called both their phone numbers multiple times and no answer. When a lady answered she said she would call me back but never did I had to call back again multiple times and again no answer. Finally I get an answer just to be told it’s after hours that they have a driver for me and they’ll call in the morning. I called multiple times before their closing time and they decide to answer after hours. The next day same thing no one calls and no one answers if you didn’t have a driver for me you could’ve just said so instead of just lying saying you had one thank to this company I lost my flight! If I could give 0 stars I would !!
I was a little hesitant about transporting but looking through the reviews I realized the 1 star review are from fake accounts. I’m glad I used their transport service. My vehicle was picked up early and delivered early which makes me one happy client. Believe when I say I highly recommend them. Thanks Nikki
I tried to use A1 Auto Movers to ship my car from California to Florida this month. The customer service was horrible. I was the one primarily contacting them for the driver's info, the confirmation the pickup date, and the drop off date. Sometimes, I would text them multiple times and not get a response back. Finally, I was able to get the driver's info from someone named Nikky. I reached out the driver, who initally agreed to pickup my car at 3pm. 3 pm came and went. I called the driver to find out where he was and I was told that they canceled. No reason was given. I had a flight out of California the following day, which I was thankfully able to cancel. I was the one who had to drive my car across the country, not them. I contacted Nikky via texts and call. I didn't get response from her the same day or even the next day. I finally got a hold of her 2 days later letting her know of the canceled pickup. She told me that they can pickup up the car 2 days after the original pickup date that I agreed to. I let her know that is not what we agreed to. She said that they would refund me my money, but that was a lie. I had to contact my credit card company to let them know of the situation. The sad thing about all of this is that A1 Auto mover is claiming that they provided the service to me, which is a complete lie. I don't know if they treat everyone like me. I do not recommend this company at all. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. You can't treat people like this. I just hope that they do better.
