This person is only interested in her commission; she does not care about helping you as a human being.
She lacks knowledge of what the contracts say and cannot have it because she does not speak English. It's not her language, she cannot read the contracts, and she doesn't understand them. She has to find someone to interpret what a seller or anyone else says to her. In this case, I know it is her daughter because I had the misfortune of falling into her hands through a reference from someone I consider a friend.
The property I bought is in huge trouble with the city, knowing that to buy a property, you need permits, review plans, and do proper work.
I ask the people reading this review, if you ever thought of this person as your Real Estate agent, please reconsider because I would have liked someone to have left a review about this for me to read and not have fallen into the hands of this person. She and her friend are shameless people, not professional at all.
Worst service ever, not professional at all. The house my girlfriend bought through this agent was not properly checked. It was her responsibility to ensure everything in the property was in order. As a realtor, she should have known that permits are required to purchase a property. The property has numerous unresolved issues with the city. I strongly advise against using this agent’s services to avoid unnecessary complications. Please people don’t let this lady ruin your moment and your wishes.
