      Girl at front has horrible attitude. Even if you claim to train your employees to conduct themselves in a professional manner doesn’t mean they will by default. Maybe she’s a good employee but she was CLEARLY not in the mood that day.

      I came in on Friday and was greeted with the nicest most and most professional young lady… she was so helpful … I have been to many smoke shops and thanks to Breanna this will be my NUMBER 1 place to go … Ty Breanna for all your help … must go and meet her

      I hace been to many smoke shows in cutler bay and homestead and i must say that i never hadas such a wonderful experience as this smoke due to Breanna .... if your want excelente customer service come here she will not only give attend to your needs she will make you feel

      I purchased a $50 battery from this company which wasnt working correctly. I spoke with the manager of the store and he said to bring it by to see if he could trouble shoot it with me. He was nice and tried to see what was going on. He said he sells lots of the ccel batteries and hes never had a problem with them before. After troubleshooting, we both agreed that it wasn't working correctly but he wouldnt give me a refund or exchange knowing they sold me a faulty battery. He said he would be taking the lost.( Something i dont think you should say to your customer).But what about me? Your customer?? Im taking the lost of $50. The manager informed me that it has warranty. To contact the manufacturer and they would send me a new one. Why do I have to go through all that? I'm sure that's a lengthy process....That poor customer service. Im sorry but i will never buy anything else from this store
