I would not recommend this laundromat. I bought detergent from them for $3.00 and paid $9.75 for the washer. I used half the bottle of detergent and the soap didn’t release into the machine so my clothes DID NOT get clean. I spoke to the employee and was told that it didn’t produce suds because my clothes were too dirty….I have never in my life heard of this and my clothes were not “too” dirty. I will never go back to this facility because they basically stole my money. Are washing machines no longer meant for dirty clothes?!?!
Extremely dirty, most machines are broken. Worse of all the machine I was using broke and all water starting spilling out, I walked away to get an employee showed her and she threw towels on the floor. My husband is American when I walked away she told him next time she will have him clean it up walked away speaking Spanish… saying he didn’t put the clothes in correct. When the washer stopped he showed her it wasn’t his fault and she didn’t even have the decency to apologize, she looked at him put tape on it and walked away.(I’m Spanish myself) Save your time, money, and patience.! How do an employee tell a customer she’s going to have him clean it up.?! I would never come here again. Very disrespectful, disappointed, and it’s sad to experience this discrimination in front of my kids. Will never come again.!
I have seen a lot of interesting things going on ar this location. Homeless men walking in and stealing clothes. AC not working for weeks. Addicts hanging out outside of the establishment repeatedly being asked to leave. So why rate it so high? Because regardless of those separate situations. It's by far the cheapest place to do your laundry. They have upgraded a lot of their machines and there is always one available regardless of the time you arrive. The staff is friendly helpful and happy.

At first I didn’t think much of it I thought they too were doing laundry only to later notice they didn’t. Once I left two of the men stood by the doors as I loaded up my trunk. Something triggered my trunk to not close all the way but I didn’t think much of it and just closed it and left. 2 hours later after I left I realized a bag of some blankets and towels wasn’t in the trunk so I went back to look and apparently some man “picked up” the bag returned it to the laundromat then came back and said it was his and they just let him keep it!? I went back to get it and they told me he took it. HOW do you not even question that? Terrible management and terrible place. Don’t go there.
Would not let me use the restroom saying that she did not know where they left her the key but I had just been there three hours earlier when she told me she was closed for three hours for cleaning at a 24 hour laundromat and was cleaning the bathroom when she told me that so how did she get in the bathroom the first time I went and she said they were closed…….
