Wash and Fold – Dry Cleaner & Coin Laundry

This was our first time with laundry services and I am beyond impressed and amazed by the quality of the service and the overall experience we had ! Recommended 100%

In the first place I thought "is to tiny" but no is very big and they has a good service always to help you when you need it

I don't usually take a lot of time to write reviews even though I do like to read them before picking a place. This laundry had great reviews so I decided to try it out since my washer is out of commission. It was fantastic!! The machines are great but the best part was the attendants. As soon as I walked in the lady at the counter greeted me and asked me what I needed to do and gave me excellent suggestions. There was also another gentleman walking around and assisting who was incredibly nice. Every good review you read about this place is true! Great place, great experience. Highly recommend it if you need a laundromat!!!

I visited the laundry mat last weekend after doing an online search of coin laundries around my area. I’ve never been there before. I needed to wash my dog’s beds. I entered first empty handed to check for any posted signs regarding restrictions about washing pet bedding; there wasn’t any signs… I went to the car and brought in the beds (3). I placed them on the floor as I waited for the biggest washer to be emptied, since the clothes in there were just sitting there without supervision and the cycle had been over for some time. I went towards the back and started a smaller load of towels and blankets. After about 20 minutes or so of sitting and waiting for someone to take out the clothes that had been sitting there, a man comes to tell me that I couldn’t wash pet beds in there. I told him there was no sign indicating this; that they should have a sign posted. Instead, they made me wait for over half an hour without saying anything!!! I went to another laundry mat, much le$$ for the same washer, and they have certain machines just for rugs, pet beds, shoes, etc.

The experience at this site was absolutely terrible. We proceeded to walk into the facility and the lady immediately approached my daughter and said were you the one that lost a key. In my opinion if I lost a key in my educated mind that I would have said something to the worker. After that she stood there and watched her load her clothes into the washing machines. This made my daughter extremely uncomfortable. Secondly, there was a table that had minimal clothes on the table. I only laid my laundry detergent there just to get ready to load my clothes into the washing machine.she proceeded to tell me while keeping in mind she was moving my laundry detergent off the table that someone was using the table. The person using the table was already using the table next to the one that I had laid my items on. The kind gentleman said no that’s okay I can move my items. Again the worker was rude and racially profiling me. I am here in Miami visiting and this experience was tormenting. This worker needs to understand that my money spends just as greater than the next person who comes to this facility. I will never recommend any of my out of town friends to this place to wash their clothes. There is power in the $ and she should never harass any patrons because of the color of their skin.
