I ordered the service for the first time. It was scheduled to be picked up before 12pm. They did not arrive before 12pm. When I wrote for the status they said it will be at 2pm and I said ok. Since they did not arrive at 2pm as promised I canceled my order. There response was that they can't control traffic. My response was that they could I least let me know so I didn't hace to wait.
Half of the time it works ok. The other half is a totally frustrating company … they don’t deliver on time … don’t communicate (Aaron says he cares, but I doubt he does) … don’t follow what you ask in the order. In summary: VERY mixed results.
Extremely professional staff & excellent service. You won't regret using this service. I recently used this service to clean my elderly mother's clothes and I had no complaints. The service was extremely timely. Thank you WASFO you made a difficult task a breeze for me. I'm so happy this business exist.
I love how convenient they are. You can schedule an order on their website or by downloading the app. Once you schedule your order, you receive texts with status updates. You don't have to be home for them to pick-up or drop off your load of laundry.
One thing I forgot to include in my order was to not hang my clothes, but I'll definitely include that note in my order next time. I put my load of laundry in a bag, but when they dropped off my laundry they left it in this large dark blue bag that you are definitely reuse.
Excellent service, the owners are super professional and will response promptly. I used the service while my washer and dryer were getting fix. It was super easy to arrange the pick up in the app, they left the bags to place the items to be washed, picked them up and returned them promptly. I loved that I could choose what type of detergent I want my clothes to be washed with, I am very allergic so that was a big plus for me.
