Shrunk my cashmere sweater. Washed it instead of dry cleaned it. Frauds and offered to pay in washes. How can I trust them when they damaged a fine garment. They should compensate with $$$ be aware
I did not leave a positive review..this place is a sham ! I took several evening dresses to be altered and nothing was done but, I was charged.. couldn’t wear them to the wedding I was attending in the D.R.
After having gone to another nearby dry cleaner where the woman told me that no dry cleaners open weekends or memorial day and that i should have came earlier in the week because 3 days is not enough I felt bad, I needed my sons pants pressed and i don't go to dry cleaners so i had no idea. I saw this place and took a chance to ask and the front lady was so helpful and gave me the address to a place that could have the pants washed and pressed the same day. I wish i could have done it here but i appreciate the information rather than being sent out the door with a "good luck, figure it out" attitude like the other place.
About June 3, 2021 I Requested a pair of new pants to be cuffed the same way as another pair they had a the cleaner and I explained very well in Spanish what I needed. The owner named Paula charged $32.10 USD for such alteration and I found the price very normal. She explained that the person doing the alterations works only a few days a week and that it may take a week for the alteration to be ready, also accepted such terms as normal. Returning to my car I noticed that the clerk/owner named Paula never put any notes on the ticked explaining what alteration I requested, I found that unusual and returned to the store asking Paula if they will put any instructions on the ticked for the person making the alteration and her answer was, yes don’t worry I will put a note later for her. With that information I left the business. About a week later returned to pickup my pants and to my surprise they never cuffed then, they just hemmed them. Asked for answers and was told to leave them for the alteration person to fixed but I knew it will not happens because now they are short to be cuffed. Long history short I ended up in an argument with the owner Paula, initially she argued that I never requested a cuff, after I refreshed her memory her best answer was that she is in the country only 3 years and doesn’t know what Cuff is, that she knew the word in Spanish only. Never tried to find any other solutions for their mistakes and basically told me, get your pants like this and too bad, is nothing I can do.
This people have no clue of the business and the worse is they are not interested in learning or trying to work out a problem with a customer.
Be aware if you decide to use their services.
