I’ve never known such gratitude & hospitality ever being shown in a hotel until I got to uptown suites. The people here are down right amazing. Fast service & super friendly. The general manager and the whole staff are very are helpful. If you decide to stay at any hotel for any reason then I recommend you to stay here. Smiles all across the faces of every employee. They are always super honest and open. The rooms are clean, the gym is super convenient, the laundry area is nice as and even parking is never a problem. This is the absolute best hotel I’ve stay in .
This place was the worst from the customer service to the room itself. The check in woman was on the phone with her friend and didn't even stop talking to speak to me just "put your card in" then we asked for towels a little later and she told us she was eating to come back later. The room was disgusting there was a huge nasty stain on the comforter, the sheets and pillow cases had not been washed and still had other people's hair on them and when we asked for clean ones she said she didn't have any. Worst experience I have ever had. Room also smelled musty.
No soundproofing. Could hear conversations in the next room as if I was there, and when ppl walk above it sounded like elephants dancing and to top it all off after my 2nd week they tried to raise my rate for my last day.
And my ac smelt like someone pissed in it. I asked multiple times for them to look at it and no one came. They just kept closing the request and saying it was done.
Does have good water pressure but shower head needed to be cleaned so it didn't spray all over.
Everyone i Delta with at the front desk was pleasant.
Me and my wife always stay at Uptown Suites whenever I work at Turkey Key Point Nuclear Plant. We liked the place, the staff are very friendly. The only issue we had is the tv location in relation to the bed. It’s very uncomfortable viewing, your neck will be strained the next day. Overall experience was great.
Uptown suites has been one best hotels I ever stayed in. It’s so nice and clean and the staff were wonderful. This will be my choice of hotels from now on. The managers are amazing since the day I arrived and I explain to them my situation of losing my home because the landlord sold the house and I only had 24 hours to move. We really didn’t have anywhere to go I was seeing my myself sleeping in a car with my family the way they handled my situation made me feel that we were going to be ok and didn’t have to worry about what to do next. Having a place to stay was a peace of mind. They treated us like family. Thank you Uptown Suits for your generosity on handling everything efficiently and with love caring way..
