It's always a pleasure bringing my dog here. I have great confidence that she's in good hands. I have had to do the drop off service a couple of times, do to my work schedule, best service offered. Everyone from the front office, to the techs, to the doctors are amazing and friendly. The other day when I dropped off my dog - Dr. Crosetto kept me up to date with what was going on, what she found and the best treatment plan for her would be. Thanks to her my dog is doing better.
My pup Oakley was due for his annual checkup, using the app made it easy to inquire about asking for a walk in appointment. With a quick response we were able to get in on the same day. It’s always appreciated when the staff takes the time to work with patients. Dr and Britney were professional with my fur baby and it’s appreciated! Britney is as hands on as she can be, urine sample was needed, and she was quick to assist.
Simply cannot recommend this place enough! 10 stars. They care for our doggo like she’s their own. They get to know you and your animals. Gentle, caring, passionate, professional, clean, cozy, comfy, and friendly. It’s like if you took a great dog and turned it into a business.
Melissa is always very friendly and attentive to whatever our needs are, if something needs further attention, she makes sure we know when and what to do.
Our Kilo had her first wellness exam and vaccine and Michelle Crosetto and Emily were absolutely great with her. We know the staff will take good care of her, as they do our Ozie!
