The store has a good selection, but Gregg is hands down the worst. He was rude to us and other people both times we went in. I even went out of my way to be polite and try small talk the second time.. nope still a.. well I can't type it here. We just drove further to another store after the second visit while we were down for a few months. They lost quite a bit of business as we shopped at the Publix next door every few days.
You double charged my husband when he went to purchase wine at your shop on 12/29/2021 at 8:29 pm. Invoice number 0643909. He used the debit card. The cashier person made him swipe the card twice and said it didn't go through, so my husband paid with cash. But it showed in the account that it went through, so you double charged him for one bottle of rum!! Are you going to refund it to his debit card or what??? The receipt is paid by cash. But you took cash and charged the debit card at the same time. My husband also reminded your cashier at that time to make sure he didn't get charged on his debit card after paying with cash!!
