Great hotel rooms are absolutely awesome with a full kitchen with pots pans dining where all the accessories to cook and prepare your own meals easily. Really beautiful and well taken care of very clean exceptionally clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful I would stay here a million times over again
Mismanagement of my reservation left me having to relocate to another hotel in the area during a busy outage. Though this place is convenient as it is centralized, my expectations of the staff here have degraded over time. With work related trips mistakes like this are not acceptable as it can cause major delays and or impact the productivity itself. For a year over year customer with long durations I expected better support from the Marriott team.

Microwave is placed too high on the wall. I am 5 feet 9 inch and I could not reach it. I had to stand on my toes to look inside the microwave. If you are a shorter person than me good luck with using microwave. Please don't stand on the soft chair as it can be a potential injury situation. It seems the microwave is only for basketball players since only tall people can access microwave.
In our second evening there was fire alarm. People ran outside. Later we found out some service contractors messed up a water pipe and it exploded and the fire alarm went off.
Hotel room was good. Employees were cordial. Breakfast was ok.
The hotel itself was wonderful, the rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchen, beautifully decorated for Halloween, creating a festive atmosphere, and the stay was enjoyable overall. However, some aspects left a negative impression.
For instance, there was no information provided about the pet fee anywhere, and only upon arrival did we learn that any pet incurs a $100 fee. In reality, after taxes, the amount charged to our card was $118.19.
Additionally, when we received the expense report via email and tried to respond to clarify the discrepancy, because there were several extra unexpected charges, it turned out that the email address was not valid, with no contact information provided to reach the hotel.
Due to this frustrating customer experience, we are hesitant to stay here again.
