I came here for a wedding weekend and it didn’t disappoint. The staff is very nice with great service and friendly and the location is excellent! It’s a 20 second walk to a very nice morning coffee shop and close to a lot of things.
The rooms are nice and modern and comfortable with cozy beds.
We loved our stay at the Thesis for our wedding weekend. The hotel helped us book a courtesy room block for our guests, and we used our suite as a getting ready location for the wedding. The staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate a large party for drinks on Valentine's Day on short notice. Looking forward to going back!
I stayed here with my girlfriend for a work conference. While I was at the conference they gave our room to another customer "due to a computer error" and the customer walked in on my girlfriend while she was naked. They told me they were going to investigate thoroughly etc. and reach out to us with a report - this did not happen and they ghosted us once we got back to Los Angeles.
I spontaneously booked a night on Hotel Tonight and it was a spectacular evening ! Jonathan was very kind and offered complementary Prosecco immediately as I checked in. Juana and John Luca were very kind and phenomenal front desk greeters! The first impression matters the most !! Juana was also very sweet and sent a birthday cake sent to my room. I felt so special ! The next day, as I checked out, and Francisco is very knowledgeable about the area offered tons of great recommendations in the Coral Gables/Miami area. His customer service is remarkable! Lastly,
the best part of the whole trip was the rooftop bar and my server and bartender, Angel. He was the highlight of the stay ! The conversation was great and the food was ON POINT! Great way to end the trip ! In general, all the staff and employees made my stay incredibly memorable 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
This boutique hotel is across the street from the University of Miami campus in Coral Gables. It is an upscale property that is a step up from the typical chain brands. The in house dining and bar are excellent and should satisfy the discriminating guest. I was cheerfully permitted to check in three hours early; the room however wasn't made up and when I called the front desk they immediately sent a staffer up with apologies and the key to a new room. The AC unit in my room was loud and vibrating making for a restless night's sleep. When I mentioned it the next morning I received profuse apologies, a comped breakfast, and the unit was repaired promptly. I would definitely stay here again.
