Super awesome and a good place to go out for an event. Sound and stage is great! Crowds can be a little chaotic but you definitely feel like you’re in a chill and safe environment. Food is very expensive and drinks are priced as expected, but good vibes all around. Definitely worth coming back.
Door people are absolutely incompetent. I had a ticket for The Ground and the ticketing people gave me the wrong ticket to get in - they gave me a wristband while my boyfriend got a ticket. I didn’t question it initially because they also gave me a purple wristband while he didn’t get one because when we asked the person checking ID, they said it was for women only. We get past security to the actual door, and the guy tells me I need a ticket. I go back to the ticketing booth and the women who literally checked me in 30 seconds before hassle me about how they gave me a ticket when they didn’t. Questioned why my BF let me go back alone (literally uncalled for because by then he couldn’t leave due to reentry rules). Finally when I showed my ticket/QR Code again, they realized they made a mistake and took my wristband off and gave me a ticket to get in. Keep in fact I literally did nothing wrong, and I’m a visitor to Miami, had never been to this venue ever so I have no idea what confusing system they use for wristbands and tickets. And this was after spending money on a $40 ticket. You literally have one job which is to make sure you give someone the right entry to the right show. At least don’t be rude about it when you make a mistake or apologize.
Literally save your money and go somewhere else.
Been there twice and had a blast but with some cons. Security, AC, restrooms, and bars are great. At Sevdaliza's concert the artist was in such a weird dark “light”. At Shygirl’s concert the cleaning guys were going through the crowd too much and the show was scheduled at 11pm but the main artist came out at 1:15 AM…

5 years agoGreat venue. Sound quality is solid. It's a nice intimate room. If you can and everyone is willing, splurge a table. It'll be worth it.
