We found Suzan by sheer luck and we are grateful that we did. In early 2023 we decided to sell our first home and move to a larger neighborhood in Miami. The selling of your home was an emotional rollercoaster for us and Suzan had to be our rock and therapist at times as it got very stressful. She was always there for us, no matter the time. We relied on her heavily during this time and she came through. Suzan put in the time and sweat in showing our home constantly. She got us a higher offer on our home and managed to find us another all before our kids started school in August. I have never been so grateful. If it’s your first time selling or buying , note that it’s not for the faint of heart. But when you have Suzan fighting for you the whole time, it doesn’t make it so much easier.
