I've lived in Downtown Miami since my Sophomore year at UM. All these years, I could never find a decent cleaner in the neighborhood. Everyone either overcharged or didn't properly clean and get stains out of my clothes even when I specifically asked for extra attention to be paid.
Then, there's Susie. Who knew I had the best cleaner in the world steps from my door? I dropped off my clothes and pointed at some problem spots which needed extra attention. Susie without a doubt in her mind told me she would be able to get them out, and would even deliver my clothes back to my building at no additional charge.
When I picked them up, NOT ONE STAIN! A sweater that went through three different cleaners and always came out with the same stains, now looks like the day I took it off the rack! Beyond the quality of the cleaning, Susie is an absolute gem and will always greet you with a smile.
Susie's gives me hope for small businesses in Miami - that they can still thrive here in the hustle and bustle while keeping their integrity and coming from a place of kindness. 15/10 would recommend Susie any day! Thank you for everything!

The shop is located on the 4th floor of the Sun Trust building. Take the elevators on the left to the 4th floor.
If you are in the area this is by far the nicest place to get your dry cleaning done and if you have the time to take a few minutes to chat with such a kind human. 🤗
The WORST dry cleaner I’ve ever been to! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY here!!! The reason I take shirts to dry cleaning is to get rid of stained collars and cuffs, and have them properly ironed. Whatever I got after this dry cleaner is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I should’ve done it myself, would do it much better than this place! I have to take shirts to another place now...
This place is not honest. When I dropped off my clothes, I explained about the oil spot and asked if it was possible to remove it. She said yes, so I trusted her and left it to her. But when I found it again a few days later, it was still there. I wasted my time and money.
Great experience from beginning to end. They were very attentive when it came to my dry cleaning. I dropped off a dress (needed a quick hem, and dry cleaned) also a cap & gown for graduation, they came back in great conditions! They told me they had pick up and delivery services, and I took them up on the delivery offer as I have a busy schedule. Their delivery guy sent me a text 15 minutes prior to delivery to let me know he was on his way. Overall, great experience, and great customer service.
