Hello, I hope you find this review before renting in one of the properties managed by this company. Well, I have rented an office in the 12985 SW 130th ct building and it has been the worst experience, being in Miami paying rent in an office where they spend two weeks and they do not fix the AC, the temperature is 80 degrees inside the office for Therefore I have had to send my assistant to his house and cancel appointments with my clients, they do not give you an answer and they do not try a solution either. Please see where you put your business.
