Some great goft options for everyone. There are some deals on shirts but they aren't the kind my family likes so we spent way more money that we planned. It's very clean and well stocked. Worth stopping if you are in the market for some Keys memorabilia.
Don’t do returns. Be careful if you buy something you might change your mind about. We wanted to return something next day, we didn’t use, a snorkeling gear. Not an expensive one but they do only exchanges. Only a Dollar tree does that from my experience. I think the store could do better or at least have a sign saying that
Be advised!! This is far from a discount outlet. I had to ask if any flipflops were under $50. The nice lady pointed me to the farthest corner floor to check. I found something usable for $45. Then I saw a $20 pair across the street at CVS.
If you can find the 4 for $10 rack, look for holes and patches on what is obviously factory rejects.
It's sad that stores can do so well ripping off tourists.
Teva heaven...
I'm used to being disappointed in shoe stores, almost as if the Teva line was a secret they hadn't yet heard. Not the Sandal Factory... great selection, reasonable prices.
I usually don’t give out reviews but this place needed one for its terrible customer service. Me and my family came to this store to buy matching t-shirts because it was our first time in Key West and we wanted to enjoy it. We asked one of the employees to help us sort out matching t-shirts for our family,however, there were a few sizes we could not find since we were a group of 11. Then another employee who I think might have been the manager came in and she had blonde hair and I recall her name was Kathy. We asked her if she could check if she had anymore sizes of the shirts we were going to get, that was not out for display. She told us that it would be a waste of her time to check through to see if there was anymore shirt sizes. Mind you we were willing to pay for these shirts even if they were expensive. She was being rude to our kids as well and told them to move so she could restock keychains even though they were looking through them. We decided to leave because of this lady’s attitude towards us. This is extremely disappointing especially for a family of color. I recommend finding somewhere else to find what you are looking for unless you want to experience terrible customer service.
