To who may concern…At the CypressCove apartments( winterhaven Florida 33881)…The worst administration on management; I’m one of the tenants in a unit that have multiple work orders since November till today nothing fixed and they decided to call the Local winterhaven police to say and profiling that I was disturbing the peace ; now they taking me to Court and nothing fixed ( they said unfortunately I have to keep waiting for the repairs(since November and older ones)mold inside the unit,the washer don’t work, etc…; now I’m the male on the audio/videoand the woman’s are the inspector and the manager inside my apartment. I thought it was for emergency inspection and turned in slandering and harassment( they are Bullying me and use profanity word raising their voices) ; allegations from this 2 ladies are that I don’t know how to talk to others; they going to tow my vehicle; and that I have some one else living in the unit that is not on the lease ( all false allegations)Leave a comment after watching this video and thanks for the time.Audio only in Spanish because we all Puertoricans. The inspector also asked me for a dog muzzle for her husband in front of the manager. Very professional from y’all . Imma leave this on the hands of the Universe. Amen

Made an appointment at one of your properties on Friday 9/20/2024 to view a apartment at 4p to get there and the office was closed with clock on door saying be back at 9am so unprofessional and I left work early. Property in homestead fl Verbena. If something came up at least call your appointment

Unprofessional Management Inc. is the best way to describe this company. Worse property management company I’ve ever experienced. The staff are very unprofessional and discriminatory especially towards African Americans. I’ve been harassed and treated with disrespect since the day I moved into my unit by the Property Manager Christina Paige. I have sent emails to the VP Syrie Ortiz who never responds or returns my calls. The Property Manager Christina Paige raises her voice, throws tantrums, makes threats and will even hang up on you if she doesn’t feel like doing her job. Work orders take months to be acknowledged and is never fully completed. They refuse to replace broken 7 year old appliances or make any recommendations for unit updates. I’m sorry but I guess I’m expecting too much from a management company that’s paid to “Manage”. I’m praying for the day I’m able to close on a new home. Being a resident of a PMI horribly managed property has been a total nightmare. And good luck trying to resolve any issues through email or contact anyone from the company with a grievance, the receptionist is told not to release email addresses to residents.

Applied for an apartment. I was told it would take 24-48 hours to review my credit, then 3-5 days to review background/miscellaneous. Never received a phone call, property never answers their phone. Then 2 1/2 weeks later. I received my holding deposit back in the mail without an explanation, phone call, or voicemail. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

I live in one of the complexes managed by PMI in Lynn Haven ,Florida i have been harassed since i have been here and not sure why . the maintenance person on this property does not know what he is doing the pool has been closed for 2 months now for repairs, also it took 1 week to get my AC fixed this same maintenace person delayed coming over then only patched and filled with freon by the next morning it was broke again on Friday the regional property manager and property manager came in for an inspection for the 3rd time in less than a week they both said that a vendor would be out to fix my AC . by 4:00 Pm i called again about this issue ,I was assured by the property manager that my AC was filled with freon and would last thru the Jly 4Th weekend. it didn't last 10 minutes but they were gone .I had to purchase a window unit to stay cool with, heat index at triple digits. this is not the first time this has happened . my refridgerator has had issues , this same maintenance guy wasted a whole day to come "fix" my fridge with a can of wd 40 ,issue not resolved at all as for the maintenance this is the worst i have ever seen.
