3 years agoPlantation Fitness classes on the beach at Founders park with Heather are the best way to start my day! I have tried all of her classes and I truly love them all. Working out with light weights in Beach Body Blast and the "gentler" Strength and Flex classes have improved my balance and energy levels. All of her yoga classes (daily at 9:00) have improved my posture and well being. The Chair Yoga Dance class is a joy! Heather is a positive and fun fitness instructor. Highly recommend trying any or all of her classes!

3 years agoHeather does a great job teaching Yoga on the Beach. Since I am new to Yoga and not very flexible, I find it most helpful that Heather provides instruction on easier ways to do forms if you find them too difficult. After only a few classes I have gained increased flexibility and strength which is helping me beat MS. Thank you Heather.

7 years agoHeather does a great job of making yoga relaxing, challenging and fun at the same time. I can take it easy or push myself in her classes as she offers different levels of difficulty. She also makes yoga a relaxing, mindful experience. She educates about health, wellness and mindfulness in her classes. I recommend her beach yoga, it's amazing!

3 years agoBest yoga class in the Keys! Heather is a wonderful instructor and amazing person. I have been going to the beach yoga classes for a few years while we are staying in Islamorada and it is a highlight of the trip.

5 years agoI have been going to the water aerobics class every February which is great, but this year I discovered the other fitness classes I only got to go my last week but loved the chair yoga class as well as the chair dance class. Both were great! Heather is so inspiring and dedicated to her craft. I was really curious about the chair dance class and was so impressed with it. The name does it no justice- it is a good body work out and done to music- both standing and sitting. I look forward to next February to attend more classes. Thank you Heather
