This is named after the same Phicol Williams that is the owner of “Title King Express”. A scam company. He is a thief and should not be recognized as a strong member of the community. Such a shame
This is a versatile center where you can host a wide range of functions from birthday parties to banquets and community events to dance rehearsals. The space is quite large and with the moceabke walls/partitions, it can be converted to fit the function and size of your event. I have attended numerous events here and it has always been a good experience.
The man this is named for has a business named "Title King"
He deals getting people vehicle titles for $650.00.
He does not follow through, takes your money and you get NOTHING! fraudulent
