Worst company. Everyone is rude and unhelpful. They sent us on the runaround for a month to just get the paperwork they needed through. Took four months to get our roommate to move in that they seem to have lost information we gave them so now we have to do even more paperwork because they actually don't manage anything. We shouldn't need to print a book to move one person in. We paid 300 to get a roommate onto an existing lease and we've since had to struggle to pay rent because the red tape was taking forever and it's still not over. New roommate can't even park here until it's all settled

My building complex pool closed over 1 year because they don't have permits , "kendall" the balcony is cracking along bottom. Side, front. And floor they haven't done a thing , building foundation seems cracked. Water damage inside my apartment along windows and wall , etc... roach and rat invested, told them year ago nothing then month ago and nothing. They are just like hammocks ! Scam ! Raise price and do nothing Stairs are rusted ! The board president lives here her building is perfect! Always has her dog loose and pooping everywhere! And is very rude..

The condo's HOA has been raised and the building is literally falling apart. it is dangerous to live in the condo. i will be following up with pictures, petitions and a police report. also hiring a private investigator. They are thieves. This ends now. Willow walk. anyone who wants to check it out and sign the petition please reply. the walk way through the second floor building is sinking and cracking. The HOA is never around. Scammers, thieves and inconsiderate of people's lives. You're welcome for the one star, you deserve nothing. This management company is complete trash.

The most incompetent management company ever. After scheduling an interview where interview location is an hour away from the position location i was Messaged and informed the interview had been cancelled only 30mins before. I was Already half way there. They did not bother to call or text - only a msg via indeed which i did Not see until i had Arrived.

A piece of advice I wish I had heard from someone. If you are thinking of doing something with this company, if you can call it a company, GIVE UP. You will be happier giving up.
