Miami Brickell Cleaners & Coin Laundry

I deterred from this place because it had a low rating, however I tried it today because my usual washing place was too far at the moment. It was a simple experience, I could get what I needed to do done. There is a vending machine, and sells laundry items. It was also cheaper than my usual spot. They also had a lot of christmas decorations, which was nice. It wasn’t as bad as people said

Decent spot. Washed and dried a small load for $3. I had my own soap but they sell it there also. Not a lot of seating but a decent number of machines.

For me, a European, it was a great adventure. The staff was happy to help, and on the way back, we petted a cat. A 5/5 experience!

Took my suit to get dry cleaned and they ruined all the buttons on the jacket and on the pants. Not to mention “misplaced” the handkerchief. Never going again, avoid the dry cleaner service

I always a great service, been going to this place for a long time. The lady that was working today was talking for hours with a guy that was done using one of the machines I needed. I approached the the lady that I needed the machine because I had to go to work, the guy she was talking to said he needed to go to work as well, and the lady said he would take it out when he wanted and continued to talk both the guy and the lady that work in the laundry. Did not care at all about customer service and ignored my request of needed the machine being used. Once I told her I was going to write a bad review, she immediately told the guy she was speaking to for a long time while ignoring me request and others that needed the machine, she told the guy he has to take the clothes away. I’ve always heard that a bad customer service can ruin an amazing laundry that I’ve been going to.
