I went in just to look and learn, do some research. Peter was so helpful, he found the perfect mattress for me in less than five minutes! It was on sale, and I owned it five minutes after that. Very happy with my experience.

Peter was a such a pleasure to have regarding our shopping experience. He was professional, knew what he was talking about, and was very personable. He made my wife and I’s experience choosing a new mattress for our daughter fun, educational and was just an overall great shopping experience. When I went to Mattress Firm today, Phillip was there to help me choose the best mattress for me. He asked me questions about what is important for me to have a good night's sleep. He had me try out several mattresses, until I felt like Goldilocks. I found the one that was just right for me. I felt lucky he was there!

Peter was awesome - very personable and pleasant. Had an excellent command of products available to fit my needs and handled all aspects of the transaction, including scheduling a timely delivery - all by phone.

Not only did we get a perfect mattress, the sales associate was the sweetest! My boyfriend and I are indecisive to put lightly..bless Peter for being so patient and kind to us. Not only did he go back and forth with us laying on literally every single mattress in the store, but helped us down to two mattresses we were stuck between. Giving us pros and cons of the two, and spending even more time and energy on us than I ever could have given two complete strangers. I can’t give this man enough praise for not just the customer service, but Peter really did make our day with his sweet personality and honest feedback. You guys have an amazing employee, but such a genuine person helping you run your business! Yay we got the perfect mattress for two people that can’t decide on the simplest things, but Peter you made our day! Thank you!!
