We loved our stay here! Aspen from the security team was phenomenal and was the first friendly face we saw after a long travel day with kids! We saw her a few other times during our stay and it made my daughter’s day. The grotto was amazing and a perfect retreat when the weather was less than stellar. The pool was also awesome when the sun was out. We will definitely stay here again.
Our unit was very nice. It was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. There were beach towels provided, and that saved room on packing. I don’t think that was mentioned in the overall description. There was ample room for all of us (5 adults and a toddler) to spread out. My son in law worked from his computer a few days and he had enough privacy to do that, although at times the WiFi would lapse. The huge deck was also a plus to have. We had our coffee there every morning. All in all a great trip and I would go back.
Note: The dysfunction of the jacuzzi tub was a disappointment.
This was a great property for 3 couples. There are 3 floors allowing privacy as well as a nice large open concept area for us all to be together. It was very clean & well kept. We loved the pool and hot tub areas!
The Mariner's Club exceeding my expectations! Communication was clear and prompt from the beginning of booking to the end of checking out. I reserved two units for a large group of us and both places were fully stocked of bathroom and kitchen essentials. The units were stocked with pool towels, plastic tumblers for the poolside, and plenty of sports equipment to enjoy. This was a welcomed surprise as those were not listed on the website.
I would say that they only downside was that we were there Friday - Tuesday and the main pool was closed on Monday for maintenance. Luckily this property has two pools but it would have been nice for expectations to know ahead of time. Particularly if that is a standing day for the pool to be closed.
But truly this property is incredible and has everything you could need if you are looking for a poolside vacation. I'm already scheming my next trip there and recommending to friends and family!
Great place for a family get together.
Loved the quiet atmosphere with the killer views of the ocean. As well as the private and easy walking areas in the facility.
All the amenities were great. From gym to game room to pickle ball and tennis courts.
Both pools and hot tubs are well maintained.
Only downside is the main pool heater was broken and pool closes at dusk. Small pool opened till 11pm.
Easily can house single families to large family reunions.
Plenty of parking with easy access to great food and adventuring in Key Largo.
