Very bad experience. My daughter had a bday for 5pm and Marielys wanted to decorate at 8am because she last minute had other plans and didn’t tell me. I told her that the heat outside was going to pop the balloons. Which she said they won’t and will hold up. As she was decorating, balloons started popping and continued in the heat. I had to move decorations into the house before all the balloons were out. I had a plain decoration vs everyone else on her page that have a lot better. The balloons were cheap and not glossy. When asked if she can fix the decoration she said no she had to be elsewhere. Balloons were flying away. And I was extremely upset because I wanted help and wasn’t getting any. My gender reveal balloons in the bubble was suppose to be dark blue and rose gold which she said she doesn’t do that the moment they came for the gender. I told her exactly the colors I wanted and she said that’s not how she does them. In the bubble I had very few and small balloons with silver balloons inside which was not part of what I wanted. She refused to refund me a difference or helped me on anything after I gave her the full amount for the event. I had to make the best out of what I had while also being pregnant. My family and friends were very helpful and supportive. Not Marielys.
I recently used this company for a party, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The balloon decorations were poorly executed, looking nothing like what was promised or shown in their portfolio and also knowing the time of the party, they, against our will, set the decorations 8hrs before the party started, outside in the heat which caused the loss of almost all the decoration. Additionally, their customer service was appalling. When I tried to address the issues with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They didn't seem to care about fixing the mistakes or making things right. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this service if you value quality and professionalism.
Best experience ever. Marelys is very professional, she really loves what she does. She decorated my daughter’s 4th birthday party and every single guest loved the decoration, it was perfect, she took care of every detail. I only had to see my daughter’s face when she entered the room. Marelys's party rental is simply the best. I would definitely recommend her to decorate your party for any occasion.
I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Marelys! We had a horrible situation with a huge party vendor after they failed to deliver tablecloths for the tables we rented. I frantically went onto Google trying to find a company that could provide tablecloths with less than 2 hours before party time. I called Marelys and within 1 hour of answering my call, we had beautiful, freshly pressed linens for our tables. I went from crying and stressed to instead so incredibly thankful that I found them on Google! They were so kind and so helpful and I cannot recommend them enough!
