M.J.S. Florida Property Management

My experience as an owner in a condominium managed by MJS Florida Property Management was excellent. The office staff is always very helpful and the response time phenomenal. The previous management company never helped me with anything; they never answered the phones, never called me back and never answered my emails. I'm very glad we have MJS Florida managing our community now, they're responsible and very professional and I hope they're here to stay.

This was our first time using a property management company. We had no idea what to expect. After doing some research online we came across ​MJS Florida Property Management. We spoke with Carolina on the phone and eventually setup a meeting face to face. Carolina put our worries to rest. She was extremely thorough and helpful. Carolina is probably one of the best agents in town because, honestly, we can't imagine who could be better. One of her strongest qualities was that she was very proactive in responding to our questions or concerns. We never had to wait more than a couple of hours to get a response from her if she wasn't available in the first instance. Overall, it was a great pleasure to work with Carolina at MJS Florida and we would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. I tip my hat to MJS FLorida Property Management and it's lovely staff .
