If I would rate 0 I would. I called for a new patient appointment they said they were unable to provide me with an appointment. I first have to go fill out some papers. Then later on I would be called with an appointment very ridiculous. Very unprofessional very outdated.
Leal Medical Center is the worst place I have ever seen I always had problems with them I had new dentures they gave me the wrong dentures and all that they never did correct it they always screwed my medicine up and I never did let me know about my insurance or anything like that they are the worst place I have ever seen I would not recommend them to anybody and they said they gonna take care of things like your teeth and now that that never happensBecause I had studs already in my mouth and that dentist only does dentures they mess my teeth out and they charged my insurance and they did a crappy job so I would not recommend Leon medical center to anybody
This is the worst clinic that you can send your parents or even yourself to. Their lack of professional and timely response is just not acceptable. They had my parents wait for transportation for more than 3 hours and they remind you is complimentary there is nothing complimentary when you are charging the insurances for it. The staff wants to talk only Spanish and assume everyone is Cuban, which is just not the case. what began with a lump on his face now turned into cancer.
My father cancer spread due to lack of communication, referrals and timely handling of the matter, now we are going through surgery, paralysis, radiation and various treatment due to Leal's poor attention to detail and not handling my father's health concerns in a timely manner.
Leal Medical Center has been a God send for my elderly mother. Daniel is the owner of the clinic and has been so helpful and personally coordinated her placement into a lovely Assisted Living Facility. Maria, the office manager is so patient and runs the office like a well oiled machine. Everyone is so attentive and are willing to help in whatever the situation might be. My mother is super happy with the Doctors and the service. These people are constantly dealing with all types of people with all types of personalities. I'm sure anyone can attest that is not an easy task. Maria has the patience of Jesus Christ himself lol. I definitely have to give a shout out to all the drivers who are very nice and take good care of the patients as well. Special shout out to Wilfredo who is my mom's favorite chauffer as she calls him. The service is very personalized and I will keep my mom here as long as she's happy. I recommend this clinic 100%.
Leal Medical Center is a great place!!! Excellent medical services and very competent. The medical staff is ready to assist patients with professionalism and humanity. The customer service is top. The manager Beatriz resolves all issues you might have. She is always assisting patients rapidly and with a big smile. I would recommend this center to all my friends and relatives!
