From my experience the majority of the staff are friendly, kind and helpful. I have had issues before with returning but it was mostly on my part not being in the return window. They have always helped to the most of their ability. The Amazon section is really good and the staff there is always efficient and helpful. The only down side is that the Amazon section is in the far right corner of the store, so you have to walk a lot. Other than that, most of my experiences here at Khol's have been good thankfully.

I found what I needed and that made me happy. Kohl's clothing seems to have improved a lot since my last visit. I stopped shopping there because their styles always reminded me what seniors of the past used to wear. They have definitely upgraded.
My experience at Kohl’s was really disappointing. The store was messy, and it was hard to find what I needed. The checkout lines were long even though there were open registers, and the employees looked stressed and overwhelmed. It’s clear they are overworked and understaffed, which made the whole experience feel chaotic. On top of that, the prices were high, and the quality didn’t match the cost. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I don’t plan to shop here again.
Khols is not what it used to be! I had a 25% off coupon for the entire store and was only able to use it on one item of the 14 that I bought. So consumers read your coupons! Lol Also everything was picked through and sizes were extremely hard to find! I’ve been a Kohl’s card carrier for 12 years, but I am not sure if I’ll go back!
