Iron & Steam Dry Cleaners

This was the first time that I went to Iron & Steam for alteration purposes and couldn't be more satisfied. I needed to have a zipper changed from a motorcycle jacket and My Lady and her team did an amazing job. Not only the zipper was replaced in a very reasonable time and a professional manner, but I was informed throughout the process on the timing and date of the delivery of the jacket. I wouldn't recommend the alteration service enough!

Quite possibly the best dry cleaning/laundry experience I’ve ever had. I had a pretty deep pink stain all over a very expensive Cupro fabric shirt and they were able to remove it. Including the fact that they washed a bag full of laundry and delivered to me the following morning before my flight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Brought over several garments and they cleaned them all however “this cleaners” were not able to remove the blue stains on my MK sweater. Further more to say that the stains were the least of my worries. My clothes were not pressed when I picked them up and paid my $144 tab via the app. The condition and quality overall was just not good enough for me for the price. Thank you but no Thank you!!!

They’re not the worst. But I’ve had a few issues. Last time I got a silk shirt back that had clearly not been cleaned and there was a note on the hanger saying that it needed wet cleaning. Well, if so, they should have told me directly rather than waiting for me to find that out when I went on my trip. I had told them that the shirts were for travel… at their rates, I would expect better communication, and have indeed had that with other cleaners. When I started going to them, they advertised as having a tailor for alterations like all normal dry cleaners, but then they told me it wasn’t available. Trying to get them to pick up anything from my apartment complex has been difficult, despite the fact that they are very close to me. I ended up dropping things off myself, which meant that I would delay going at all. If I’m going to have to drop off and pick up myself, why would I pay the extra price? I asked for some shirts to be done in less than a week, one time, and they acted like that was going to be a big problem. It was a few days in advance, but apparently that was difficult. I ended up reducing the number of items for them to clean because of it. I finally just got to a point where I decided it was better to take my business elsewhere. They aren’t the worst, they’re just not worth going to again.

Love the way that they clean all my clothes, they are fast, very delicately ! I’ve been here for 3 years and I’m happy with them.
