Most recently a tenant of mine who did not follow the parking rules posted a negative review merely because he received a warning. Sadly this tenant is a member of our military and a small business owner who knows the importance of rules, and knows the impact of reviews on a small business. I have reported the review and hope that reviewers exercise fairness and ethics in the posting of reviews. Again, I thank Lily and Innovative for their responsiveness and professionalism.
