Homestead Animal Medical Center – Vetco Total Care

Homestead Vetco staff are the best. My puppy Shiro has never had issues with vaccinations and the staff is very friendly. The Doctor is also great and explains everything about medication and recovery. Shiro, my puppy, had an infection and received excellent care and recovered well. Thanks to Homestead Vetco

They refuse to answer my calls. I have to take my sick cat to them and I need to know if I can and when. I'm going to have to take him to another hospital thats farther and more expensive and he may not make it. These people obviously don't care.

Had an appointment for today 6:30 pm. Got here at 6:20pm and the center was closed, I asked to the Vetco associate and they told me that the center had like 2 hours closed. I don’t get why they make me come to a specific hour just to be closed.

Great Staff. Very friendly and took good care of my pup. Hope was especially friendly and my dog was obsessed with her lol. Will be coming back.

I went in hoping my sweet angel of a Husky would be okay and left their office after my sweet fur babe unexpectedly had to cross the rainbow bridge. I don’t wish that on anyone. However, the staff, especially Dr. Kiddle and Christy were what felt like a God send on that day. Their empathy and kindness will forever be one of the few positives of that experience. I am incredibly thankful for them as Christy was willing to hug a random stranger (me) during a tough and unexpected time and the doctor helped reassure me that my decision was the right one. While it may have been another day at work for them, their kindness meant the world to me.
