Staff was extremely helpful and everything that was being done was explained to me in detail where as a felt very comfortable and extremely satisfied. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a sleep study. You won’t be disappointed. Also very comfortable and clean room and overall facility. This was my first time doing this study and I am happy this place was chosen. I recommend the facility and staff.
I have been going to this practice for sleep issues for a few years. The doctor and nurse staff are excellent, however I continuously have issues with the reception team scheduling appointments at incorrect times and also long wait times for in-office visits. This really needs to be corrected for an improved rating. Again, doctors and medical staff are excellent.
This office is a safe place and wonderful. My doc is dedicated and caring and I’m alive because of him his staff is so happy. He takes his time with you and does not rush. He is truly the whole package I adore him. He truly came from heaven and I’m so grateful i met him. Dr. Shahzeidi is the best I recommend him not 100 % but 200 %. Also, let’s not forget his office staff everyone is so nice and professional. Love you all ❤️❤️
I started coming to Grand Health in. Almost a year now. The staff are very compassionate considerate patient and are concern about your well-being. My doctor Miss Tanya is the best she is the best she is very concerned about my well-being she give me advice on how to get better we just talked like we're family and I wouldn't choose no other sleep doctor to go to I highly recommend Grand health institute this is the best overall I always leave feeling better motivated and just overall feeling good about myself because they really care.
The nurses are wonderful they know what have to do, they inform me and explain to me everything
My doctor is amazing ( Tania Rosario NP) she help me to my illness and gave me the medicine i need, I love to come here every time. If my insurance doesn’t approved me the medication the office and the doctor always try to help me out by giving me samples if they have at the office or doing authorization with my insurance. I’m truly grateful I meet them they are wonderful and caring. Truly recommend it! ❤️❤️❤️
