HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! There is no management there and they are extremely disrespectful and unorganized people. They have some guy by the name of Edwin that sucks!! The guy is extremely disorganized and is not helpful AT ALL with anything not to mention he works 3 hours out of the day and than they have no one else you can actually resolve issue with, UNBELIEVABLE. What the condo owners need to do is FILE A PETITION AND GET THIS PIECE OF CRAP MANAGEMENT OUT OF THERE. Trust me your day will come, its a count down until everyone gets sick of you guys and gets you guys out of managing the area. They'll tell you they're working on something and never get it done. The office isn't even available during regular business hours. This is not the type of company you want helping you run an association. They will ruin it..

My experience here has truly been amazing. I was welcomed as if i was family and they assisted with all of my problems. The office was clean and well put together.
These people straight asspack, they stole like 900 dollars from each condo owner gates been broken for 4 years, they dont even cut the grass or have working cameras. Parking lot lights are broken, the water is coming out black we get robbed every night by thugs and everyday by this management.
Worst Corporation. I can’t say they are the worst management because THEY DONT MANAGE ANYTHING!! They don’t do anything at all. Except take your money! Want to burn your money? Call them!!! They will burn it for you and give you anything in return!!!
