I can’t recommend this dry cleaner enough! I brought in two jerseys that were in terrible condition, and they worked magic—both came back looking brand new. The quality of their work and attention to detail are outstanding. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!
I gave them my white favorite blazer and the way they return it without saying even a world is shameful, I was traveling just after an hour, otherwise I would have returned and made you pay for it!!! I am really disappointed and upset about it!! Never take your clothes to this place..Never trust this place!! One of the worst plans ever!! And I would love to be paid back once I m back to Miami!!
Raul was very kind and helpful. He did some laundry for me in 24 hours. I have found, however, that laundry and dry cleaning in Miami are outrageously expensive. At least these people are helpful and nice.
PLEASE READ MY REVIEW AND AVOID COMING IN WITH EXPENSIVE CLOTHES
I've been a loyal customer of this company up to this moment. Three weeks ago I came in to pick up my skirt and saw a huge black mark, that wasn't there before. In fact, I brought in the skirt nearly in perfect condition, just some yellow sports. The front lady told me that they will remove it and I can pick it up in a week. So, the following week I pick up the skirt and see a HOLE in the place of the mark. The owner (Raul) handed in the skirt himself and did not even mention that they made a hole, I noticed myself on my way out. For the second time, I hand my skirt back and Raul claims that they will fix it. I come in the following week (3rd time) and see that the hole is poorly hidden with simple stitching (see picture). Additionally, the skirt had some dirty spots left and the underneath shorts weren't even ironed. I never try to argue, so I simply called Raul and asked for some sort of compensation. Please mind that my skirt retails for nearly $500 and is pure silk (brand: "Tibi") - the reason why I am extremely upset. Raul knows about the skirt's price and did not agree to give me any sort of compensation for it, and more importantly, started defending himself by saying that his prices are the lowest in Brickell and that I should be thankful for it (extremely unprofessional)! I would much rather pay a higher price and have my clothes NOT RUINED. Please see pictures of my skirt's condition as a prove. I will never be going to this place again and encourage you to avoid it at all costs, especially if you value your clothes. If the owner would be a true professional, he would offer me appropriate compensation and keep me as a client but instead, he chose to be rude and claim me as unappreciative.
Incredible customer service the owner personally handles my laundry and takes care of me whenever I’m in town. Always willing to work with me and going the extra mile to even deliver to my room where I’m staying. Thank you so much and I appreciate the incredible customer service.
