Had to move to Florida for a job change and decided to rent from them sight unseen. Maggie was extremely easy to work with and now that we have moved in the house was as shown in the pictures and the entire onboarding process was very easy and smooth. Its always a gamble when you don't have a chance to view a property but they were very honest and upfront about things and went out of their way to ensure we would have a successful/easy move in.

True professionals, who actually care - management and staff alike have provided me superior service in taking care of my Real Estate needs and managing my properties. Consistently providing me with prompt, accurate information and always willing to share resources should I need assistance with maintenance items to keep the property in tip top shape for my renters. I would avoid this place they don’t truly care about their tenants . My first red flag was on move in day someone at the office contacted my realtor saying we had to pay extra onto the rent just in case our payment doesn’t go through because we were moving in on a weekend . My realtor had to threaten to get a lawyer because all that was required initially was first last and security . That’s the only reason they let it go . They tend to want to change their minds about things last minute . I should have known from there that this would be a shit show . But who wants to find another apartment being 7 months pregnant . Now In the beginning my maintenance request we’re always completed but only because it was minor issues . Tightening the faucet , thermostat issue etc. Once there are 2 or more issues in your unit consider yourself out of luck. They will ask you to make a list of things that need fixing right before lease renewal time giving you hope that things are going to get better but they never get around to it . It’s just to get you to resign your lease again . 2 technicians came by to my apartment and started observing and pointing out things that needed to be addressed. Such as vent cleaning , cabinets beginning to peel , ripped mesh on the patio due to the weather etc . The technicians couldn’t believe I was still paying rent with all these things needing to be done After about two weeks I didn’t hear back from the technician and when I reached out to him he explained that FL property management canceled the request and it was something that the always tend to do when it becomes too much . Just as another tenant mentioned in her review I also had a fridge that worked on and off for over a year I put it numerous maintenance requests about it . I also explained that the magnet strip on the door of the fridge kept falling off . All they did was send techs out to glue the magnet back in place but never took time out to see what the real issue of the fridge was. I threw away tons of groceries every other week because it would go bad as a result of the fridge being warm/leaking . I sent yet another email . Beth ask for measurements of the fridge so it can be replaced . Sent the measurement waited over 3 months still no update on whether or not we would be getting a new refrigerator. That’s not the way you treat tenants . Especially ones with children because you have no choice but to keep replacing food because your family has to eat Finally I couldn’t take it anymore I decided to break my lease . As soon as I let them know suddenly they contacted a technician to take a look at the fridge when the maintenance request was already sitting there for months . While all the others were canceled . I have screen shot proof of that as well. It was like a game with this agency . The tech came out and agreed that the fridge needed to either be replaced or they can change the gasket . He let them know but I didn’t hear anything about that repair after that . These people truly have no heart . They don’t care if you have health issues , children or if your roof is leaking on your head . They will respond to parts of the email that they feel like responding to or just ignore you completely. They really try their best to give you bare minimum contact about your maintenance concerns in hopes to screw you over in the end,Then halfway through my lease they added a “benefits package “ an additional $60 a month and it’s suppose to come with ac filters ,so called rent rewards etc . I also had to remind them that I didn’t get filters for a few months . You would think they’d apologize , give me a credit for the months I didn’t receive filters . NOPE! The only people who seem to be happy with them are the property owners because they work together ,saving them hundreds of dollars in repair costs when they ignore 90% of your concerns .Every review from the tenants all sound the same ! It’s like a goose chase trying to get them to follow up on anything . We can’t all be “lying” ?!
