I have never dealt with a more disgusting company as Fla Property Solutions. They are rude, liars and unprofessional. How they are still in business is beyond me.

My experience with Andrea and Milan have been excellent. The building is well kept and anytime I have had a question or concern they have been attentive and helpful.

This company has been the savior to our community. We were in the brink of receivership, and they have literally brought us out of a dire situation. Recommend them highly!

I don't know how someone can give this company 5 stars. when it's the worst company I've ever dealt with. the owner Mrs. Milan, at first she shows you one face of honesty and professionalism. after a while she doesn't answer you, she doesn't give dates. . she has charged me late fees, when checks were delivered to her personally on time. What she has been doing is cashing checks long after they are paid on time, and collecting late fees. She was asked for an appointment to clarify this and she doesn't give it. My condo association is taking her bill away from her because she hasn't paid the bills. and she has not given the apt a report of what she has spent, they are supposed to report the expenses. She has not call any meetings to inform the community. BAD COMPANY.

I have to say they are not on top of their job. They want to take your money and not do their job. I had a problem with my HOA and the people didn’t solve my issue for 2 years. They promised to call back and never did. I had to repeatedly call them back and they have no idea what I was talking about. I had to be on top of them. They were quick to send me late dues. They don’t know what they are doing.
