ESG – Event Service Group

This is an AMAZING place with everything you can think of for a successful event including entertainment, decor, performers, costumed performers, and so much more. Wayne, Alex, and the entire staff are clearly passionate about creating fun celebrations and memories and stay on top of both current and recent decor and entertainment trends. It's very well organized, and they're service driven. Can't recommend them highly enough. Contact them for a consultation. There's nothing they can't either provide or create!!

I worked with Jeff Gold at Event Services Group on behalf of my company, Prime Corporate Services. His team created an incredible lounge area at an event we sponsored at the Hard Rock Seminole Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. He was extremely quick and responsive and moved fast on deadline. His crew showed up and did all setup and takedown, making it easy on our entire events staff. Everyone at the event kept telling us they had "booth envy" and we were the talk of the show. Thank you so much for your creativity and efficiency! I would highly recommend working with them!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used Event services group (aka Afforadable Affairs, aka Elegant Occasions) for my wedding in 2021. I purchased the 3 hour video and 2 hour video package. Both were supposed to start at 5:30pm and neither showed up until 5:52. Their late arrival caused my entire wedding to run late. I asked for several types of pictures to be taken at the venue, which was never done. There are NO photos of myself with my parents, of myself with my new stepchildren, nothing with my bridemaids, etc. There is no video coverage of my cocktail hour, which I asked for in writing. The photographer took photos of my first dance and then left at 8:04, even though he was paid to stay until 8:30. Speeches were missed. My cake cutting was missed. The videographer filmed my husband's and my back as we made our grand entrance into the reception room. When I emailed Bryan Kaufman in regards to this, I was laughed at. I was told the timestamps on the photos COULD NOT BE ALTERED OR MANIPULATED IN ANYWAY, yet when I asked for them to show me photos from the times the photographer was missing, suddenly "the camera didnt sync". I was ultimately told "oh well" by Laurie. Not only did they arrive late and leave early, the photos and video were of mediocre quality. I've written several reviews on different platforms and they keep deleting them. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS---BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Event Services Group is a first-class organization. And they deliver first-class results. What makes them special is that they treat every event as if if were for their own family. They really care and it shows. From the largest event to the smallest they cover it with class.....first-class!

Seems like a great event planner for weddings, parties, grand openings or whatever...very nice people and a beautiful Chandelier or the reception area.
