I reached out the 22nd around 2pm in regards to extra tables I would need for a party since we had extra people coming. I was told it would be no problem. I requested an invoice and never heard from them for four hours. I had mentioned that if it would be a problem that I can find another company. I reached out to the other number displayed at their store front. I decided that I would add a balloon arch and garland. I was told that the total for both would be $200. I told them it needed to be set up at 10:30. They said it would be no problem they would arrive at 9am. I requested that the arrival and completion time be added to the invoice and I was assured that they would have it done by 10:30am so my son would be surprised at his party.
The morning of at 8:49 I sent out a text asking for an eta and told them I will be home in a few minutes. They mentioned they were getting everything ready. At 9:42 (way past agreed arrival time) I reached out again and they said they would be there in 35 minutes. During set up they tracked in mud because they wanted to go through the house instead of using the gate to drop the tables off. It was now fifteen minutes til noon the party was supposed to start and the floors were a mess.
I asked if there was any way to accommodate us because nothing was done at the time promised. And now we have to rush to clean our home prior to the party again. They stated that they did us a favor by not charging us with a rush fee. This was never mentioned or discussed when prices and invoices were sent. They then asked to take their work back as well as their belongings to which we obliged except for the garland that was in the home. I offered to pay the $100 for the one garland as the invoice stated one was $100. They declined and now tried to up-charge. We were being videotaped and nasty comments such as they knew we couldn't pay because of the color of our skin. The cops were called due to children being present. I showed the invoice to the authorities and gave them the payment for the garland to give to the company.
They then deleted the invoice not realizing everything was discussed via text.
This has hands down been the worst company I've have worked with. Very unprofessional.
They were really easy to book. I love the online feature where you can see what items are available for specific dates. The gentleman arrived on time and set everything up pretty quickly. The bounce house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The kids had a blast! Thank you guys very much.
I really loved their packages and they’re very nice people. The tables and chairs were great, so was our cotton candy machine. All the kids LOVED the bounce house! Definitely recommend and will be using again for any events we throw.
DO NOT hire Enchanted Pro - irresponsable party rental company. We had reserved a water slide for my son’s birthday celebration today at 11am. At 12pm, they texted me to confirm the rental which I did and they said they would be at my house between 12:30 to 1pm. Ok, my contract said at 11am but I understood that things happen. At 1 pm, I got a call saying that they are stuck in rain and thunders and don’t have a time to come in because they still needed to pick up the slide.. blah blah blah... it was not raining by my house. We’re already upset but my son knew we’ll have a slide so in my mind at this point was whatever... just hoping they would bring it. I don’t hear from them. I texted them and called them around 2pm and supposedly they are still stuck... BS... I’m upset and they start giving me other options. Really?? And still charging me a high price. They were giving me options that was not fitting my needs and of course I’m upset so I started complaining how irresponsible they are. What did they do??? They hung up on me.
Pablo is the person I made the deal with and the way he handled the situation was very irresponsible and unprofessional. We will never contact them again and I hope you don’t either.
Excellent customer service, very friendly! My daughter and her friends had a blast. Even the adults got in on the fun. It was amazing! Definitely recommend!
