We are locals and have been visiting this location for 5 years now. Always something with this Dunkin’ location Not worth it….Horrible service and attitude. The soggiest hash browns we’ve ever had… we then returnred and in a very nice manner asked for a fresh batch, the long eye lashed lady said “you don’t need to be rude about it”. The male manager who was outside was rude and escalated the situation by instructing the female manager (very nice person) to not give us our food. We will never return.

Put in a mobile order at 12:20, got there at 12:30. Front door was locked so waited in the drive thru.
It took over half an hour just to get the food, which even though it was a mobile order, didn’t seem to be prepared ahead of time.
And when I eventually got it, it was burnt. Employee also seemed lackadaisical and didn’t even apologize at all for the long wait.
Worst service I’ve had from a Dunkin’ location. Very disappointed
There's a kiosk where you place your order and both coffees were still incorrect. Please check your coffee and food order prior to leaving the store so you actually get what you paid for. I ended up throwing out both coffees.
I ordered from door dash and I said no egg there's egg the cheese was half inside and half outside the bagel and the bacon wow like all the tiny crumbs and broken pieces didn't even fit but the middle of the bagel and nowhere else I'm at work so I still had to eat the dry bagel
