The place is as it smells and looks and goes along very well with the staffs attitude as so many other bad reviews have stated. Please if you can just don’t bother coming here as I should have done. Just the two different extremes between peoples reviews should be a clue it just makes no sense how so many people have two completely different experiences from the same place.

I rate this business a 10 plus. The employees are very friendly, and polite. The entire staff welcome you.The owner is nice, caring gentleman. I had recommend this cleaners to all my family and friends

As a bi-weekly costumer for 2 years Iam floored with the owner's nasty attitude. I am a business owner just like him and I strongly believe that if you are not good with the public you shouldn't work for the public. It's not free. Customers pay for a service. Should there be a misunderstanding, problem, issue , owner should honor the service requested. There is a reason why once upon a time it was a five star and now a three star.

Owner is particularly rude and clearly not interested in gaining or keeping customers. Staff is inconsistent in messaging around when items can be expected to be returned. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

I called in ahead of time to see if they could do the hem for my daughters dresses. One is for prom, the other is for her graduation. Instead of tellling me over the phone when I was all the way in Kendall that they are overbooked and cannot meet my needs by the date I requested, they waited for me to arrive in homestead in person to tell me face to face that they cannot help me, and they do not even know what to charge me if they did. Because apparently there is a price given that only one person who works in the morning can provide for a store wide service given to multiple people weekly. I am LIVID! Waste of time and gas. Extremely unprofessional
