This company is not helpful. They are there to collect the money and nothing else. The complex looked better before they were involved. They claim they took over a mess from the previous management company and it was not their fault. Its no surprise they have been replaced. Not to mention they are a bit rude.

We purchased two apartments in Villa Veranda Condo when housing was expensive. At that time we had Flood Insurance. We are truly blessed to have Cosmo Management Services , (Jorge and his staff) managing Villa Veranda. Our condo association fees have not increased since we purchased the properties in 2006 and we no longer have to pay flood insurance. The properties are well kept, the roof was replaced and the buildings were painted. All repairs were done with the same association fees of only $140.- per month. It's impossible to ask more from this company. They are nothing short than being the BEST!!!! God bless them and I pray we never loose them.

This company is beyond amazing! They know how to manage properties and your money. We have several condos and the low association fee has never increased. Replacement of roof, building repairs, maintenance, insurance all are being done without additional assessments or fees. All those writing negative reviews don't have properties and don't know this company. This company is selective in allowing renters. They precisely stay away from the haters and the troublemakers. Jorge and his team know how to budget. I highly recommend them for all property management needs. Thank you COSMO for taking care of our interests.

This company is a fraud. I called simply to ask if they manage Hialeah Club Villas, as they are listed as the property management company online and the receptionist hung up on me. I then tried calling back to speak to someone who can actually help and they were purposely avoiding my calls. Eventually, a man by the name of JORGE answered and was very unprofessional. He stated, "why do you keep calling! I don't like the questions you are asking." something is very sketchy about this property management company.

HORRIBLE company . Very rude, UN-respectful ,uneducated simpleton manager/owner called George. Better to file a complaint with the State of Florida than to deal with this savage. One have to wonder how this company is still in business.??????? If the new HOA law that has been filed in Tallahassee pass, it would be easier for owners to sue associations and prosecute guys like this if caught in any wrongdoing ,even with prison terms.!!! UPDATE !!! The HOA law that give new protection to homeowners has been approved !!!
